David Bolden’s journey to becoming a commercial real estate professional is a testament to his persistent dedication to excellence. This permits him to offer a distinctive perspective while serving others. He and his team are committed to utilizing their unique skills and abilities in order to contribute towards the enrichment of our community.

With over 18 years of experience in the Computer, Electronic and Automation System Industry, he developed a strong foundation in technology and a keen eye for detail. Throughout his career, he worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies in the Oil and Gas Industry as well as the Defense Industry, servicing space and aircraft systems.

In 2018, David made the bold decision to transition from the Technology Industry into Commercial Real Estate. With his unique background, he quickly became a specialist in Multifamily real estate investing, serving as a General Partner on over 200 combined multifamily units. He developed a significant level of expertise in the industrial sector by engaging in collaborative efforts with a team of seasoned professionals.  Situated in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area's largest Industrial Park, they bring together more than four decades of combined market experience.

David is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate and a member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter. He is committed to staying up to date with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in the industry. His primary objective is to facilitate successful real estate transactions by connecting the pieces between real estate investors and users.

David attends and serves at One Community Church in Plano, TX. He is married to LaRonda, who is a fitness and mindset coach. They currently have four children, all boys. When not focusing on business, David enjoys staying active, visiting state and national parks. He also enjoy playing Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow game with family and friends.
